In my 5th week of Insanity Day 39. Still have about 23 days left. Hoping to shred off another 7-10lbs at least. Also on Nutrisystem, but supplementing foods and eating about 1900-2000 calories a day (I burn 950-1150 a workout so I NEED that many, tried 1500 once and I almost passed out that day lol). Gained a crazy amount of muscle as well and my endurance is crazy higher than when I started.
I’ll take one last progress pic in 23 days when I complete the program!
Gmh that I’ll be beach ready by the time my friends and I go in July :) pumped
